Our fearless leader, whom we refer to as TOGA, has authorized the next adventure to occur this June down the Grande Rhonde river. This Idaho/ Oregon adventure will be the largest FLOP expedition to date. 30 years ago as TOGA (Byron Todd) was a young scoutmaster. He decided that he would create a scouting excursion his boys would never forget.
This year the efforts of TOGA will come full circle as his own child is now a scoutmaster and bringing his scouts on the same excursion. It is true what they say, "The legacy we leave behind will someday catch up with us."
